Coaches, we have implemented a new feature on the Medway Soccer Website. On the home page as well as on the coaches pages, we display up to the minute field status information. This will be updated according to weather and field conditions.
Please pay strict attention to the field status when scheduling your practices during the week or playing games over the weekend.
All individuals responsible for a team and all spectators shall support the referee. Failure to do so will undermine the referee’s authority and has the potential of creating a hostile environment for the players, the referee, and all the other participants and spectators.
Consequently, BAYS has adopted a comprehensive Zero Tolerance Policy that all coaches, spectators and players must follow. For more details, visit our BAYS Zero Tolerance Policy web page.
Coaches, do you need help coming up with some new drills for practice? The Mass Youth Soccer website has a lot of information and resources to help you with both practices and game conditions.
It contains age specific plans for all age groups.
Please visit our Coaching Curriculums page for more details.
