Equipment Swap

  • Medway Youth Soccer – Equipment Swap – Saturday 4/2 from 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Oakland St. Field

We’re asking all Medway soccer families to dig through their attic, garage and closets to gather up any unwanted new or ‘gently used’ soccer equipment to donate to the drive. We’ll accept anything soccer related – jerseys, shorts, shin guards, balls, cleats, socks, bags, pennies, cones, etc.

–We could especially use the navy Diadora game jerseys and shorts that your kids may have outgrown or no longer use.–

The initial intent is to share the donated equipment within our community. As such, you’re welcome to bring any of the above named items on the actual swap day and/or take any items that you see at the swap back home with you. You certainly don’t need to donate equipment to benefit from the swap as we encourage everyone to take advantage of getting additional use out of the unwanted items. Why spend $50 on a new pair of cleats that you may get one season out of when one of our community members has a gently used pair that no longer fit their kid??

Contributions to the swap can be made during the day of the swap or any time prior by dropping off equipment at my home – Rob Condon – 3 Rustic Road (behind Restaurant 45). Items can be left on my covered front porch and I’ll bring them to the swap. Thank You!

Revolutions Event – Saturday September 26th

On the evening of September 26th, more than 250 members of Medway Youth Soccer traveled to Gillette Stadium to watch the New England Revolution battle the Philadelphia Union to a 1-1 draw.  Attendees enjoyed a catered tailgate, and fun was had by all.

Congratulations to Rosie Benedetto and John Foy who won the free raffle for autographed Revolution items.

We hope to see everyone again, plus some new guests, at next year’s event.
